I had a fantastic time getting my new car! I traded in my civic for a Chevy Malibu and Tyler and Adam made it a breeze. I had a wonderful experience at Jim Glover DCJRF. I had found the automobile I wanted, contacted them, only to find out said automobile had been sold mere hours before my call. I was heartbroken and prepar found the automobile I wanted, contacted them, only to find out said automobile had been sold mere hours before my call. I was heartbroken and prepared to continue my search for the same car, different dealer. I was so upset that I had missed it. Then Tyler, my sales assistant, wanted to continue to help. He asked about my criteria and proceeded to send me many other options. He stayed in contact with me nearly ALL DAY via text messages. Through his hard work, I went from heartbroken to excited, as he found another car with everything I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I drove down the next day and became a Jim Glover first time client. The process was efficient and fast once the decision was made. Before that, it was without pressure. From start to finish, I was very happy with the process. I would have given it 5 stars, but it put 4 hard inquiries on my credit report. More
