Most honest dealership in arizona!!!! Took my pathfinder in for oil change at 35k miles, one of the engine mounts was bad, my warranty expires at 36k miles. They could of easily looked other way and when i would of came back in at 40k miles brought it to my attention which i would then have to pay out of pocket. Very professional and most honesty i have seen in a dealership in my life! Treat you like family! More

More than just a new vehicle purchase I was lucky enough to purchase a 2017 Maxima from Drake at Coulter Nissan in Surprise. What started out as a service appointment with my 2007 Maxima t I was lucky enough to purchase a 2017 Maxima from Drake at Coulter Nissan in Surprise. What started out as a service appointment with my 2007 Maxima turned into a new car purchase and more importantly, a friendship! Excellent customer service I have been using the Service department at Coulter Nissan for over 3-4 years to service my parents Sentra. I have always worked with Tyler since the I have been using the Service department at Coulter Nissan for over 3-4 years to service my parents Sentra. I have always worked with Tyler since the first time I brought in my parents Sentra, and he has always been very professional, personable, honest, and I have found it a real pleasure working with Tyler. Over time, I very much rely and completely trust Tyler for his service recommendations and have quickly grown accustomed to high quality work.
