The Kia dealership is first class in customer service. Our salesman is the hardest working salesman we have ever met and the dealership treats you like you are purchasing a luxury car no matter what car you purchase. Their service department is excellent also. I would highly recommend Mike and Rock River Block. If you are looking for a car, be sure to ask for Mike! More

Mike was great My wife and I began looking for a new crossover to replace her 2007 Ford Edge about 6 months ago and chose to look at Kia's due to their ratings and o My wife and I began looking for a new crossover to replace her 2007 Ford Edge about 6 months ago and chose to look at Kia's due to their ratings and options. We went to Rock River Kia and were treated very nicely and professionally by their staff (Mike and Mitch) on every occasion. They were never pushy and worked with us and were patient as we took 6 months and three separate visits to finally decide to buy. When we did, they negotiated a very good lease for us and made sure we got every penny available for our trade. Their exceptional deal on a lease ($6,000 off MSRP for 36 mo lease) made it possible for us to lease a 2017 Sorento SX Limited for what we would've expected to pay for an LX with only a couple options packages. Great experience and my wife and I will be back in 35 1/2 months to pick out our next Kia! More

Repeat Customer I purchased a Kia Soul + in 2015, and was so impressed with the sales team and subsequently, the service department at Anderson Rock River Kia, that I I purchased a Kia Soul + in 2015, and was so impressed with the sales team and subsequently, the service department at Anderson Rock River Kia, that I knew I would return. When my daughter's car reached the end of its useful life, I picked out the Soul I wanted online, called Sales Manager Bill Palmeri, and told him I would pop in on my lunch hour to drive it and do the paperwork. He had everything ready to go and put me in the capable hands of Mike Asanoski. Mike was standing outside in 90 degree heat waiting for me when I pulled in. What an amazing guy - I really enjoyed working with him. We got the test drive done and he had me ready for finance within about half an hour. Next was finance with Mike Schoenberg. I told him about the warranty upgrade I purchased on my last Soul and he had it ready on paper, along with other options. No surprises, everything went perfectly, and Mike S. was also terrific to work with. By the time we were done with the paperwork, my new Soul was back from detailing, and I did the final walk through with Mike A. and took delivery. Now, my daughter is in a 2 year old Soul and I know she's safe, and I have a new one...all over a lunch hour. You just don't see this level of service anymore. Great group up front in sales and a phenomenal service department, too. I recommend them to everyone I know. More
