Great service team - Mike was great on the shuttle The crew who helped me was great, made my visit easy and was able to get it done in a timely manner. I don't normally write reviews like this but was very impressed with her demeanor & professionalism - and most important she did not solicit this review (like other advisors I overheard asking customers to write reviews because it "really helps" them out). To me - if a review is obtained because it was solicited -it doesn't carry as much weight. More

We take our car for service and recall notice. To Nisan of Sacramento they provide us complimentary shuttle back and fourth.
