She was also very patient with me as she demonstrated and explained the Encore's technology. I would like to comment that I have trusted Royal Buick since July 2015 when I leased a 2015 Verano. Ms. McDonald increased my trust level of Royal Buick even more. I was impressed with Van Bouttirath as he greeted me by name and introduced me to salesperson Sarah McDonald when I test drove a 2018 Encore this past Saturday, June 23rd.
