I paid for a diagnostic when only a battery testing was required to inform me my battery had a bad cell. They did not replace the battery at my request., However, I did go back to where I originally bought the battery and it was replaced at no charge. I was out of 138.00 dollars because I made the bad decision to go to Serra when i should have went to Pep Boys!! I was treated better at Pep Boys than at the service center at Serra. (where I purchased my car) the second one in fact!! I will not be returning. and further more I was told at Serra that it was the wrong battery after research I was confirmed the battery was correct it just had a bad cell!!!

Without doing a proper diagnostic, the technicians do not know the issues surrounding the car.
