I bought a 2018 Chevrolet pickup on 4-5-2019. Included in my purchase, I received a 3 year complimentary VIP plan that included several services plus free oil changes until 4-5-2022. When I purchased this vehicle the name of the dealership was Alice Chevrolet. Now it is a different name. Now I am told I do not have these services. I called 11-6-2020 and asked for the service manager in regards to my complaint. No one has called me back as of today, 1-20-2021. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer ever again.
