Victor is wonderful! He tries to help you find your best car & best deal! He is very understanding with your situation and works around with what you can afford. However, He tries to help you find your best car & best deal! He is very understanding with your situation and works around with what you can afford. However, the financial service lady was not okay. She gets annoyed when you ask her to explain things again, and she threw a tantrum while signing the paperwork. What is this? Kindergartners playing cars? 100% recommend the dealer (aka Victor) but definitely not the financial service lady. More

This is our second Mazda from Tustin Mazda and they were just as great as this time as they were the first. Everyone is nice not too pushy. I had the pleasure of working with Victor from Tustin recently, and I must say, he left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked into the dealership, it was clear that he was dedicated to providing exceptional service. Victor’s approach was both personable and patient, which made the car-buying experience far more enjoyable. One thing that stood out was how relatable Victor was. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and he didn't rush us into any decisions. Initially, I had come in with the intention of purchasing my leased car, but thanks to Victor’s expertise, I left with a brand new 2024 Mazda that exceeded my expectations. Victor went above and beyond to secure the best possible interest rate for my financing, and he negotiated the price to a level that allowed me to drive away with my new car the same day.
