Essential service was performed well. However: 1. I was charged for an alignment (and my bill indicates "customer requested" it) when I did not request it, nor was I asked if I wanted However: 1. I waited for service, and was told it would be about an hour, when it took over two hours. 3. In the past, I would have been given a cost estimate before I signed the service order. This time I was not given one. 4. I am disappointed that Rivera Toyota has not made any arrangements yet for tire storage (even if the customer is willing to pay for it) in the spring. 5. I have never left RIvera Toyota's service department without paying at least $400. More

After having my car for 4 hours, on picking it up, there was an issue present with the tire pressure sensor that wasn't there before I dropped the car off. It cost an additional $300 to repair. Today I discovered that the trunk release is inoperable. I worked fine prior to this last servicing. Seeing as I can not access my trunk I was surprised that there seemed to be little concern that the first it could be checked is Monday - 4 days. 4 days without access to my trunk. More
