Mostly a good experience except for financing. Morgan got incredibly aggressive trying to sell me a warranty i didn’t want. Telling me bluntly the entertainment system is going to fail and i was making the wrong decision was not a sales tactic i appreciated one bit. Warranties are a risk vs reward situation, i’m comfortable with the risk of not getting one. I feel bad for the people who get bullied into warranties by her if she treats everyone this way. Her demeanor completely changed after i didn’t buy it and made the rest of the experience in her office quite uncomfortable. i couldn’t wait to get out of there. Josh was awesome though! Super nice and quick to answer any questions during the sales process. More
