I am named after my grandfather who immigrated from Italy. In my spare time, I like to ride bikes to the beach in the summer and snowboarding in winter. I love to see live music year round. I am a family man. I enjoy spending time with my wife, who has been my best friend since childhood. I also have two dogs that are members of my family. My philosophy in business is to simply treat customers right and ensure they are getting the right fit for their needs. The only way to to do this is to listen, be respectful, and to provide a positive environment with no pressure. We drove two hours to get there as they had the car model and colors we were looking for. Our sales person was great , knowledgeable and took his time with our questions. No high pressure tactics. Norm Reeves had the used car I have been searching for. On a Sunday afternoon I filled out an inquiry notice and within half hour Mariana Lopez called me very polite and professional. We exchanged numerous phone calls she got me the price I was happy with arranged for me to pickup the car the next day. I flew from Oakland California Mariana set me up with Uber and I purchased the car. The front drivers seat lower trim was broken and coming off. I pointed it out to Mariana I expressed that the parts were going to cost around $500 she went to Vito to see if any compensation was going to be given.Vito came back “car is sold as is I don’t have any room in price to compensate” so I was going to fly back home I was buying car for my granddaughter going away to college didn’t want any issues. After I asked Vito if this is Norm’s standards I went from warm and fuzzy to cold and prickly! Vito came back with a service tech they took car away back in 10 minutes fixed. Not sure why the customer had to push for excellent customer support. More

My experience at Norm Reeves Genesis was fantastic. I didn’t feel pressured, and everybody was very helpful throughout the buying process. Jul spent a lot of time with my wife and I going through the c I didn’t feel pressured, and everybody was very helpful throughout the buying process. Jul spent a lot of time with my wife and I going through the car which which made it a very positive experience in me making the right choice for my next vehicle. Perla was also very professional kind and helpful through the purchasing process. She also took extra time outside the end of her workday to show me some of the features about the vehicle that I was unsure of, Vito was great as well. We had a very professional conversation about the vehicle and pricing between those three Genesis employees, it made it no doubt that I wanted my next purchase to be with Norm Reeves Genesis the customer service is top-notch and very much appreciated.
