Hands down, the best Dealership Experience I have ever had. Rick Suhar was amazing! I went in having an idea of what I wanted to spend and what worked with my budget. Rick was extremely willing to listen and worked with me the entire time. At no point did he attempt to pressure me into anything. He was attentive to our needs and was able to work out everything for my wife and I. Also, Walter Kriz in Financing was also just as amazing. We hit a slight snag with our Trade-In-Title, but he was willing to work with us and be flexible to close the deal. I walked in expecting to be hassled with the stereotypical dealership tactics, but was delighted to be proven 100% wrong. The North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Team is truly an amazing group of people. 10 out 10 would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a new (or new to you) vehicle. More

Loved it so much I bought a RAM and JEEP within 30 days!!!! This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been sho This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing..... Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before. Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places. Thank you for everything Team. You have a new loyalty customer, you have returned my faith into the car dealership world! More

The salesman and new car manager were never hard to get a hold of, and they went the extra mile in my opinion. In the finance office, I was not pressured to purchase anything extra as far as warranties and the like. I was simply informed of the various things Chrysler offers -- thoroughly I might add -- Walter is great and you can tell he has a real passion for vehicles. All in all I would enourage others to use this dealership! Great all-around! More
