Born and raised in Jamaica, Wayne spent some time working in Port of Spain, Trinidad, before moving to South Florida in January 2017. Not long after arriving, he got his first start in the car business in October 2017, after being convinced to give it a try by a large franchise dealer. He’d heard that the quality of work like at Off Lease Only was very good, and joined the family in April 2019. He enjoys having 2 days off each week, although he seldom takes them. His biggest surprise in working here is the rate of growth of the company. When he has some spare time, he enjoys reading, browsing YouTube, and jogging, walking, and swimming. Favorite vehicle? Cadillac Escalade Why? “Because it drives remarkably well and has lots of soft features.” Favorite Quote: “Fortune favors the bold.” Virgil Little known fact about Wayne – He’s a beast (in a good way) Wayne is a dedicated and hard worker and we’re fortunate to have him on our team!
