It's too early to give an honest review of the Tustin dealership as I have only experienced purchasing from them. True test is how they treat me and my services in the future. I had been with Irvine Hyun dealership as I have only experienced purchasing from them. True test is how they treat me and my services in the future. I had been with Irvine Hyundai the past 9 years with my previous car and it was pretty mediocre. As for my salesman Matt Stone, he was professional and made the buying process smooth and effortless, a very personal kind of guy. More

From the moment I called and inquire about a car I saw online to the moment I pulled up to the dealership, all the agents were so helpful and informative! Wayne assisted me and helped me to feel confident about my decision to buy. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting and everyone treats you with so much care and respect. It almost feels like you’re buying a car from a family member. Thanks Tustin Hyundai! You’re ability to be transparent and genuine has earned my appreciation and my vote! If someone is reading this and thinking about buying a Hyundai, choose the Hyundai Tustin dealership! Oh and did I mention, I arrived at 11 am and was out the door before 2pm!!! I've been happily going to Tustin Mazda for years, so when I decided to switch to an EV, John Patterson's other dealership was a no-brainer decision. Wayne was easy and straightforwards to work with. It was pretty much "these are the Ioniq 5 we know we have coming in; pick the one you want." No markup. No games. Easy and friendly to work with. He has excellent knowledge of this model and answered every question I had during the delivery and test drive. More

Wayne did a great job showing us the vehicle as well as finishing up with the paper works. He didn’t rush us into any decisions and was transparent with everything. Tustin Hyundai was one of the only deale finishing up with the paper works. He didn’t rush us into any decisions and was transparent with everything. Tustin Hyundai was one of the only dealerships that don’t have markups on their vehicles. Will definitely go back to Tustin Hyundai to buy future vehicles. Overall, great purchasing experience and love my new car. More
