When I called into service to get my oil change for my vehicle, they were super friendly and very accommodating! They scheduled me out only a few days from my call and the process from when I arrived to w vehicle, they were super friendly and very accommodating! Ever since I bought my car and had the service woman, her name is Whitney handle my automobile it has been the most outstanding service I've ever had in my life. I will constantly buy a new Infinity car from you as long as Whitney is my service rep. She is fast efficient she had to deal with another company with a windshield. On Saturday I came in the purchase a car at 9;45 am. ..They were polite and I did the test drive and liked the car....My sales person was nice and friendly...We decided to make a deal turning in my Nissa ..They were polite and I did the test drive and liked the car....My sales person was nice and friendly...We decided to make a deal turning in my Nissan lease car... I did a really good inspection of the car...When we got to finance it took over 2 hours because of printing problems and I never was disclosed details while talking....I was offered a bumper to bumper warranty for 2 years....I was never shown the warranty coverages nor given a brocure to review...I trusted the people.....finally at almost 3 pm or 4 hours later I left with the car ..at night I noted the headlights were not that bright.. I called 5 times to get a reply and then told to get with service that said this is not covered in the warranty!!!!!! so I am stuck with no paperwork and rather unhappy with the lack of follow up by sales to ask how I am doing with my new purchase.. Im in sales and used to calls being returned... More
