Nick Cintron was a phenonenal Salesman for Kia! I went in on Sunday and decided on car within 3 hours. He got me to a good budget, was patient and made sure he gave me details of the car, payments, and any other necessities that come with purchasing a car. I came to pick up my car and everything was ready to go for me, I met with the business manager, Carlos, who helped me finance the car and get all the necessary coverage needed. To the manager, Jeff, thank you for being kind and helpful, you have a great sales team and Nick Cintron is a true rockstar! I will recommend anyone looking to buy a car to him. Thank you to everyone who helped!! Great team.

I did some initial research (SUV hunting) online because I have always dreaded car purchases. Brian (internet sales) was responsive without being overbearing which prompted me to stop in and check out the new Sorento. I was looking to replace my older SUV which no longer met my family's needs. I thought for sure I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. Nathan listened to my objectives and what I was looking for, then showed me several options. He helped me find the best fit without up-selling me or causing me to blow my budget. Will gave me a few finance options to mull over. I returned a few days later and Carlos made sure I found the best fit ($$) for sealing the deal. They were all genuine, attentive and efficient. I am really pleased with my new vehicle and I look forward to continuing doing business with them despite the 45 minute commute. Highly recommend Branford Kia! Special thanks to Nathan & Carlos.

I bought a car in December2016 and by August2017 the car needed a new engine. They suckered me to believe car was in great shape and no negotiation on the price. I paid $6500. I reached our to the manager who said he would get back to me and still have not heard from him.

Ms. McInerney/ Thank you for your review and, you do know that we have been attempting to assist you. As you know, in 12/2016, you purchased a used vehicle from our value collection. While the State of Connecticut doesn't provide for these cars to have a warranty at all (they are to be sold "as is"), we provided to you - at no charge - a 6 month/6,000 mile nationwide limited powertrain warranty. The vehicle was fully serviced and safety inspected. We also provided for you to have the option to purchase additional coverage - of which you declined - that could have assisted you in the event of a mechanical failure. We did not hear from you - since your purchase - nor, was your car ever back for any type of service since the date of purchase. When you phoned us in late August, our Used Car Manager spoke with you and you indicated that you had a mechanical failure and that the car was at another repair establishment. We have never seen the car, nor have been able to diagnose same. Will did reach out to you to see if we could assist, or, to see if we could provide you the necessary repairs at a price lower than you were quoted. We will ensure that he calls you again to ensure that you have that information. We are sorry for the problems that you are having - just are unable to assist when the car is not in our possession and we have not had the opportunity to diagnose the problem.
