Worked with Ben and Dan after my wife’s 2018 Mazda 6 was in the shop for service with Phil Fezza who is outstanding. This was on Sunday January 14th. Ben had a beautiful new Rhodium White Metallic Premium in the shop for service with Phil Fezza who is outstanding. This was on Sunday January 14th. Ben had a beautiful new Rhodium White Metallic Premium CX-5 pulled around for Jo Ann to review. She thought it was the perfect car for her so she worked out a trade in. So we arrived with a Mazda 6 and went home with a new 2024 Mazda CX-5. So our garage features both a brand new Rhodium White Metallic CX-5 and my Jet Black Mica 2022 CX-9. Both purchased at Mazda of Palm Beach. Our purchase experience for both vehicles was excellent. More

I had a terrible experience at Mazda of Palm Beach on December 16, 2023. My current lease term of a Mazda cx 9 was coming to an end so I decided to head to Mazda of Palm Beach based on their website adve December 16, 2023. My current lease term of a Mazda cx 9 was coming to an end so I decided to head to Mazda of Palm Beach based on their website advertising,(“Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Transparency”), well this is all a gimmick just to get you into their dealership. For example, I negotiated a 36 month 10,000 per year for a total of 30,000 miles lease term on a Mazda cx 90 Turbo S. But when I sat down with Mr. Wilbert Rejouis (Finance Manager) at his office, he handed me an electronic tablet so I can sign the terms; furthermore , before I signed, I reiterated back to Mr.Rejouis if this lease term had the 36 months and 30,000 miles allowed (and he “stated YES). However, Mr.Rejouis took it upon himself without telling me and selected a 33 months 27,500 miles lease term. I unfortunately find out of what he did days later when I went to Mazda Finance website to set up payment and paperless format. What Mr.Rejouis did is deceptive and dishonest dealership malpractice. Also, to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt thinking they probably made a mistake; I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mr.Mark Korakas (Director of Sales Development), I explained what had happened and that I was very unhappy, upset, and extremely disappointed. I also emphasized to Mr.Korakas that I never agreed to a “33 months 27,500 miles total lease term”; he told me he was going to speak to Mr.Rejouis and get back to me regarding what happened. Mr. Korakas also said if Mazda of Palm Beach increases the lease term to 36 months and 30,000 miles as I originally agreed, if that will make me happy and satisfied. I told Mr.Korakas if Mazda of Palm Beach do that I will be extremely happy. Well; Mr. Korakas spoke emptied words; today is January 14, 2024 and he has not called me at all even though I had sent him numerous text messages to his personal cellphone number (his personal cell number is listed in an email sent to me regarding how was my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach). This dealer behavior at Mazda of Palm Beach was very unprofessional and it shows a lack of integrity on their part. Mr. Korakas, you and the entire Mazda of Palm Beach has lost a valuable and a great costumer. I am someone that loves the Mazda brand since this is my 4th Mazda vehicle , but Mazda of Palm Beach decided that a 33 months 27,500 miles lease term was more important than actually listening to the needs of a loyal Mazda brand loyal. I will make sure that anyone I know does not bring their business to your dealership. More
