I have received so many complements on the car (immaculate showroom condition). Let me start the review with a 5-STAR experience all around. I have been to many dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and my experience was seamless and second to none. Billy and the entire sales team were professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. Nick Apanian, the team sales manager was amazing and made the entire process a great experience. Even after the purchase followed up with in person when I picked up my new purchase. I would also like to give a shout out to Rami in finance for making the finance process seamless. I will be a repeat customer at BMW of Medford and highly recommend them as a dealership of choice. My experience was mixed. Sales person was a delight - knowledgeable, professional and yet had a great sense of humor that made the test-drive fun. However, the sales manager, Jamie, was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a customer service environment. I wrote an email to someone at the dealership about the experience. If I wasn't so far along in the process I would have cancelled the whole transaction - but I wanted the car and I wanted to be done shopping. I also didn't want to penalize the sales person, Billy, for someone else's behavior. More
