The service advisor, Williams, was very customer service oriented and kept me advised from beginning to end. The technician/mechanic did not focus on the details. All removed parts were not replaced (had oriented and kept me advised from beginning to end. The technician/mechanic did not focus on the details. Long time customer. I've been a customer for 6 years and the the service center experience gets better with every visit. Service is top-notch. Jobs are completed quickly I've been a customer for 6 years and the the service center experience gets better with every visit. Service is top-notch. Jobs are completed quickly or before the quoted amount of time. Facilities are pristine. I'm a regular customer of James Manikath; I could not recommend a better service representative. He's extremely informative and a consummate professional. I highly recommend this service center and dealership. More

A vehicle that is twice the price of what we had before does not now warrant twice the price for a service. Labor is the number one cost, and that isn't different regardless of the price of the car. There isn't some kind of magical fairy dust service needed. We planned to be in and out in one Friday afternoon. Take a loaner car and go shopping. We arrived and "Nobody here can do it this afternoon. Maybe Monday." Well if that was the case, why didn't you call me in the morning and give me the heads-up? More
