Overall buying experience stress free and painless! Yale was very easy to work with, no pressure while being very direct throughout the sales process, wish more Sales professionals were like this! After coming in for a test drive, we talked a few days later and was able to negotiate final sales and trade in numbers mainly thru iMessage and emails! Even though I had financing done thru my credit union, Yale did his due dillgence in confirming thru the finance team on my behalf what other options there may be to meet or beat credit union terms. From start to finish, the dealership did not require or request my personal credit information to finalize my deal, they treat their customers with kindness and respect. You are in good hands with Yale and I highly recommend the Knauz dealership for your automotive needs.
"Exceptional "M" Buying Experience"
Anyone in the market for an M car should definitely consider connecting with Matt Pudlo at Knauz BMW. Matt is one of the top M client advisors in the country and has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to BMW's sports division. In addition, Matt was highly responsive to all of my questions during the entire 3-4 month M3 ordering process and very transparent on the financial terms.
Knauz BMW is a high volume M car dealer and, therefore, gets a higher number of allocations than other BMW dealers. In addition, the trade-in value I got from Knauz was $3-4K more than other area dealers and exceeded cash offers even before factoring in the tax benefit.
I will definitely be contacting Matt the next time I'm in the market for a BMW.
Yale was so easy to work with. I came in to look at potential replacements for my 2003 325 xi which was like a part of the family. He asked a few questions then had me sit in about 4 models that would be comparable to my 325. By the time I left Knauz, I had my choices narrowed down to 2 and had a basic understanding of how leasing worked vs. buying. Test drove the following day and leased the X1 the day after that. I was excited enough about the new BMX that I wasn't so sad to say goodbye to my old one. Thanks Yale.
"A smooth and pleasant purchase experience with Yale and Bob"
We found a car that we were interested from Cargurus online and visited the Knauz dealer office Saturday afternoon, just an hour before the office close. On Sunday, we sent an email with our initial offer to Yale. The following Monday, we get the deal and drive the car back home. The whole process was very smooth and easy, both Yale and Bob are friendly and helpful. They tried their best to offer solutions and made things work out. We felt satisfied with the service both Yale and Bob provided and liked our new car very much so far.

My salesman Yale was great throughout the whole buying process. He was always helpful and attentive. I had to order my car and he kept me updated almost daily as to the status of it. He also helped me secure a loan through Knauz when my bank messed up their paperwork and I was not going to be able to pick up my car when it was ready. I researched and tested several cars in the X5 category. Working with Knauz BMW and Yale Kim was so refreshing. Many of the dealerships I worked with to test-drive competitor vehicles were so sexist when it came to pricing the lease for the new vehicle. It was frustrating, and wasted my time. Knauz dealerships have professional sales people, and the process is very pleasant. I will likely only purchase from Knauz in the future.
