Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task, and doing so long distance even moreso; however Yesenia made buying my BMW 650i a breeze. This vehicle is my personal graduation gift to myself after completing my Master's Degree last year. It may have taken me a while to find the right car, but I consider myself fortunate to have found such a wonderful dealership. The quality, attention to detail and condition of these fine cars are impeccable and I should say the same for Yesenia's professionalism and courteous demeanor. She consistently kept in touch throughout the buying process, let me know at each step what was required, worked extremely well with my financial institution and always offered her personal assistance no matter what the issue. Altogether, Yesenia made purchasing my ultimate car a pleasant experience. Customer Service is quickly becoming the exception rather than the norm, but it's so refreshing to see that your staff recognizes the importance of making customers not only feel welcome, but that their business is valued at MotorWerks Automotive. The vehicle we have purchased is truly "the ultimate driving machine" so I don't foresee ever trading it in, but if/when when BMW releases their 8 Series Gran Coupé in a few years Yesenia will be the FIRST person I call!! More

She informed me of the BMW sales event over the weekend where I could get a $1000 discount voucher. I went right in, she had all the paper work ready and we signed up for a brand new BMW. It was that easy. She went out of her way to set it all up for us prior to the event as I informed her that we needed to go out of town. It is really a pleasure to work with people like Yesenia. Went to the dealer in person and although I had no appointment, Sharon the Worked with Anthony over email and text to make sure the price would work. Went to the dealer in person and although I had no appointment, Sharon the sales manager greeted me and set me up with Chris, who was able to help me until the deal was done. The initial trade in value offer was way below what I would expect and have accepted, however they did honor what I was offered by another BMW dealer to win my business. Got a follow up call after my purchase, to make sure all was going well and they then set me up to talk to the BMW Genius tech person. Would have been better to have been offered this opportunity while there in person rather than being set up after I had to request it over the phone - hopefully they can make this change in the future. Also like the fact I could deal with the sales person via text rather than wasting lots of time on phone calls. Will definitely return when purchasing again. More

I purchased a pre owned auto and that can be a dangerous purchase. However they meticulously went over the entire auto and make sure everything functioned as it would have when the car was new. I purchased a good product at a good price and I fell good about it. More
