When she knew the car we were coming to look at might be sold, she called to catch us before we left. When we said we"d come on any way, and another car didn't work Michelle didn't give up. She just asked a simple question: "What other cars do you like?" She found us every possible deal, never tried to sell us a feature we didn't need and kept attentive to our 13 yr old. When we picked up the car she explained everything and even turned the pages down on the most helpful parts of the owner's manual. If there was a point she needed to be away, she was sure someone was there to take care of us. Zach was terrific. Jerry was awesome. I cannot say enough about these guys and we've been dealing with Toyotas since 1995! Even though it's a drive we'll definitely use their service department. Good people are hard to find and we were blessed. More

Then there are the Kolosso extras: friendly, cheerful, knowledgable sales staff, and comparably well staffed and equipped service staff. Did i mention the free pop, popcorn and cookies?
