What a great truck-buying experience from the Deery team. And a team it was. My internet inquiry was first answered by Monica. Monica set my appointment at the dealership and was the person who greeted me. A And a team it was. My internet inquiry was first answered by Monica. Monica set my appointment at the dealership and was the person who greeted me. After gathering my information, she ensured the correct truck was staged outside and ready for my test drive. I was then introduced to Zach. Zach took me on my test drive and answered all my questions. Due to my schedule, Blayze stepped in, and continued my purchase process. Kody was up next. He took care all of the final paperwork. All this in under 4 hours combined. Such a smooth process. I live in a small rural town in Tennessee and everyone at Brad Deery provided the same friendly, small-town, hospitable service that I have grown accustomed to and love.
