We felt extremely comfortable with Bill as there were no pressure tactics. Bill guided us through the process with a gentle touch that you don't see very often in the car sales business. Bill showed us the vehicle that we wanted to see and in no time we were on a test drive. We were given options and the financial numbers for us to mull over. Once we decided to move forward with the sale, we needed to get our credit union involved. Bill, Zach, and Theresa were very helpful and patient as we worked out our financing with our credit union. Once we got the check to Bill, the great customer service continued. Bill made sure I knew how all the options and features worked on the truck I just bought. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. More

I dread going to car dealers, and this time was no different. However, Michael and the staff at Heritage Ford never pressured us and went above and beyond to not only make my husband and I feel comfor different. However, Michael and the staff at Heritage Ford never pressured us and went above and beyond to not only make my husband and I feel comfortable and get my payment into a range I felt comfortable with, but also told me stories about their own Bronco's and tips and tricks and kept a smile on my face even when I thought things were not going work out...
