When I came to Honda if Serramonte I was going to meet with a salesman my brother had recommended to me, but when I got there he was busy with a different customer. Mike helped me, and was incredible the entire time. We test drove multiple cars and he was encouraging the entire time. At no point during the process did I ever feel like I would get harassed if I changed my mind. I felt comfortable. Mike was kind, informative, and patient the entire time. I’d recommend this salesman to anyone who wants a good experience!

My sales person(Zahi Abukhader) asked me to give 5 stare rating when I bought my Honda Pilot. but due to his unprofessional behavior I am giving him no star. If I am able to give I would give him negative rating.
Here is the story..
I have got new Honda pilot 2018 and there was wear and tear near passenger window. The sales person and sales manager both agree to fix asap but its been more than three/four weeks and no follow up. I have called multiple times to the sales person and he also not responded.
On 8th of March, I spoke with him at 9:25am PST in the morning and he assured me to send all the pictures and proof of order but till 12:00pm PST I have not received any information.
At 12:05 I have called again to customer service and transferred to one of the sales manger and his name is Francisco. He told me that they are going to order the parts today means they did not order before.
Since, I have got my car I have been calling every week at least 2-3 times they lied about my order every time.
On 13th of March they scheduled to fix my car and I dropped my car in the morning. In the evening when I went to pickup my car found that they did changed wrong rubber. when I saw my sales person he was unapologetic and looks unprofessional and was playing on his mobile. One of the manager came and promised to reorder the parts and let me know.

I highly recommend Honda Serramonte, and in particularly Zahi, one of their salesmen. I have recently purchased a 2018 Clarity there, when I had the opportunity to tweet Zahi, who help me with the purchase. I initially owned a Honda CRV, however it was just about time to buy a new car due to family reasons. I got particularly attracted to the concept of plug-in and the many safety features offered by Honda’s new Clarity. As I was not fully familiarized with the car, I decided to visit the Dealer, see and test the car. I had so many questions. Zahi was very patient and answered every one of them extensively. He also showed me videos and provided online information about the many fantastic technological features of Clarity. Zahi was not only very knowledgeable about Clarity, its mechanical and electronic equipment, but also about other Honda vehicles. In summary, I highly recommend Honda Serramonte and Zahi.

We highly recommend Zahi. He know his craft and is very easy to deal with. When we needed to get a new car, we asked for his help and he was very helpful, moreover, he patiently accommodated us throughout this process. He is very experienced and a good person! We found a very good friend now at Honda. He will be our person to go to, if we decide to come back once again!
