We are sorry you feel this way. In review of your file, the manager and sales associate provided you with a rough estimate on the monthly payment as we were not allowed to pull your credit initially. With your permission, we went ahead and pulled your credit but were not able to obtain the rate you preferred. In addition, you had mentioned financing through your own credit union/local bank in Wisconsin so again, we working with and estimated monthly payment. Finally, the ECP Protection is always offered to our customers as we want to make certain your vehicle is protected from Midwest environmental and road elements. However, this is an optional add on and is taken out of any offer when given the direction to do so by our guests. Again, we do apologize if you feel you could not gain a clear answer from our team.
