Best customer service experience ever! !! Doreen Bainbridge went above and beyond throughout my entire process of ordering my Bronco Outer Banks up to when it was ready for pick up. And ev !! Doreen Bainbridge went above and beyond throughout my entire process of ordering my Bronco Outer Banks up to when it was ready for pick up. And even beyond that as she had a person ready to give me a mini tutorial on my new vehicle before I drove off the lot. And also arranged for me to come back to go through some additional functions when I have more time. She is one of the best sales representatives I've ever worked with. She is very diligent, professional, and has a great and tremendously huge heart. You can tell this is not just a job to her. She genuinely cares about you as a person and not just a sales commission. Anyone I know looking for a Ford I will happily recommend her. I also want to give a shout out to Mike. He gave me the call to let me know it was ready. And even sent me a little video of my new Bronco so I could get a pre-view. And he had everything arranged for me, to go to financing, when I came for my appointment. I inquired about a truck that was listed as ‘ in transit’, as an was not in a hurry. Ken called and told me it was there already. I went by there to check it out and it was not there anywhere to transit’, as an was not in a hurry. Ken called and told me it was there already. I went by there to check it out and it was not there anywhere to be found. I called Ken and he lied to me and said someone had just showed it to another customer and that it was parked in front. He did not know but I had not left and was parked in front. I voiced my displeasure to a Manager and he Lied to me too. Why some dealers need to play games is beyond me. I was a simple sale, willing to wait and got lied to. Run from this guy and this dealership. There are to many straight forward dealers out there to dealing with games. Tim More
