I live in Colorado but chose to buy in Texas at Five Star Ford. Five Star Ford is to be commended for many reasons but two come to mind immediately. 1. Hiring Darrin J. Cline 2. Refusing to overcharge above MSRP as many unsavory dealers do these days. They set a new standard for dealer ethics. We just bought two 2022 Maverick pickups for our business from Crystal & John. They were very helpful throughout the process. They periodically updated us on the build and delivery status. Marie in the from Crystal & John. They were very helpful throughout the process. They periodically updated us on the build and delivery status. Marie in the Finance Department handle all of the paperwork for us. Her service was outstanding as well. We were able to handle all of the paperwork remotely and then pickup the vehicles from the dealership. Absolutely the best car buying experience I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been needing to add a vehicle for our company's needs and sent an email into Crystal Sanders. Last Minute Decision We were initially purchasing 1-2 and ended up purchasing 3 vehicles. We appreciate their willingness to help us with these purchases and advice on specific details regarding specifications on these commercial vehicles. More
