I brought my Tahoe in for codes was told I need some module in the bumper but it wouldn’t fix all my problems I would need to pay more for extra diagnostics. When I got my vehicle back 2 days later I ha module in the bumper but it wouldn’t fix all my problems I would need to pay more for extra diagnostics. When I got my vehicle back 2 days later I have a knock in my front end that sounds like it’s coming from the bumper. I’m not taking it back to them to fix it because I now don’t trust them and will NEVER return there. I will pay extra to a company I trust. They have lost my business FOREVER. !!! More

I feel like there was a lack of contract information given at the time of the sale. The dealership handed me a stick with my information on it so I could not verify what was told to me at the time the given at the time of the sale. The dealership handed me a stick with my information on it so I could not verify what was told to me at the time the deal was made without asking me if that was acceptable to me,and it was not! When I finally got the stick printed it did not contain all of my information on it. I had bought an extended warranty that was missing and there was no information about the factory warranty either. I am still waiting for that information in the mail. I should never had finalized that deal but I was caught up in the moment. More
