Went there to replace a tire that was still under warranty. I was completely ignored for the first 15 minutes i was there and treated like an inconvenience when i was finally acknowledged. It took th warranty. I was completely ignored for the first 15 minutes i was there and treated like an inconvenience when i was finally acknowledged. It took them 4.5 hours to change the tire, i was charged $40+ for disposal and balancing and they didn't even fully inflate the new one. If these tires make it past their warranty, I'm never going back. More
Brought my WRX in a week ago (without appointment) because one of the window switches was not working (went down but not up). Was told to make an appointment because they didn't have the part. First thing I'm told as I'm checking in is that they would try to squeeze me in sometime as I don't have an appointment (my wife was contacted the day before to confirm). The person later denied having ever said that when I was discussing my experience with the manager. I waited and noticed my car in the service bay a couple of hours later. It sat there for maybe 15-20 minutes when I saw it being removed (never saw anyone looking at it, but I did blink a few times). After another 15-20 minutes I hadn't been called so I inquired about my car. The story I got was they didn't have the part and needed to order it. Half an hour later I'm still waiting, so upon further inquiry, am told it takes time to place an order. I told them to cancel the order. So now I'm going to be charged $170 to be told what I told them a week ago. A manager (Bernhard Kuehn) is within earshot so asks me what's going on. I whine to him about my sad story and he explained to me that they needed to confirm the issue was actually the switch and not some power issue, poor contact, etc. (all of which would have required the removal of the door panel which did not happen) and he knocked the service charge down to $90. We have purchased three brand new vehicles from this dealership, but doubt I'll purchase another. More
