Our 2016 xc60 suddenly started using oil with only 77k miles on it. Eric and his crew were able to have Volvo provide their extended warranty and make major engine repairs at no cost to me. Overall turned good, but the communication is weak between them and me. It was my first time to have that experience between the car insurance and repairing my car. So, in fact, I am deaf.
