We received exceptional service from beginning to end. I brought my car in for a warranty covered ApplePlay software update. The letter from Volvo (re: the update) indicated that this update would take ~ 20 - 30 minutes. My appointment took 2 hours. When I first dropped off my car, I told the service rep that I would wait for my car and asked for an estimate for how long the service would take. The representative said he couldn't tell me. I waited 1 hour and then asked again, and received the same answer. I certainly understand that a car service center will be busy, but given Secor's focus on customer service I would expect a different level of attentiveness. Additionally, it was disappointing that no one tried to provide me with some guidance for how long the service would take when I asked twice. More
