We have always been greeted with hospitality and friendliness by all staff we have had contact with. Our transactions have been hassle-free and we have been happy with our purchases. Our most recent purchase, this month, was no exception. Rich Medla, our salesman was most attentive, professionaly responsive and knowledgable to our needs, requests, and questions regarding our purchase. Rich consistently responded right away to our emails and phone calls regarding the purchase and follow-up was speedy and professional. We purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 2023 Turbo Signature from Colonial Mazda. Went through the Costco Auto program. Cody Stone was our sales rep and he and the Colonial staff were very helpful in the entire process. We love our Mazda and highly recommend you take one for a ride before purchasing anything else. The Turbo Signature is a pleasure to drive and very little road noise at 60mph. Dual pane windows and sound deading enhance the quiet ride. All Mazdas have a non CVT tranny and a dipstick for checking the fluid (not many have a dipstick anymore). Other manufactures say the transmission is sealed and lasts a lifetime (bunk). Couple good things with the Turbo Trims is no I-stop or cylinder deactivation. I checked Toyota Rav4's and Honda CRV's before buying a Mazda. The Mazda CX-5 is the best buy with all it has to offer and the ride is a winner.

We had a great experience at Audi Danbury. Our Service Advisor, Dash, was super knowledgable and helpful. Based on a comment I made, he immediately knew there were bigger issues with my vehicle than the service that was originally booked. He was able to get me a diagnostic and quote fairly quickly and knew that I was going to need a loaner for the duration of the repair. I originally was going to wait for the repair, but because it was more extensive than I realized, I ended up having to reschedule. Dash worked with me to figure out how best to proceed so that my car was safe to drive until he could order parts and secure a courtesy car. He communicated effectively and put my concerns to rest about timing etc, and overall it was as painless as getting a car fixed/serviced can be. Dash even helped us figure out an issue with our navigation connectivity and his help was so appreciated! We've been to several Audi dealerships over the years for service, this is one of the best!

Overall turned good, but the communication is weak between them and me. It was my first time to have that experience between the car insurance and repairing my car. So, in fact, I am deaf. It is hard for them how to communicate with me. They sometimes are awkward with me. They don't know to call me, to text me or to email me. I don't blame them. But till the end, Laura is a last huge communicated helper to catch up with me thru the email and text. I admit that I am impressed that the service is a good service to repair my car well.
