I mean, come on, John is da bomb when it comes to his knowledge of a Honda vehicle. He explained everything even down to how to open the gas cap which I will admit I probably wouldn't figure out unless I read the manual. Nat the service guy I saw before this visit said hello and asked how I was. Plus the finance manager Chad got me thru the process quickly. All in all the best Honda dealership experience.

AMAZING customer service!!! Our sales person, Bradley Isaac, is such a great asset to the team. He is engaging, open, honest and all around great guy! We were lucky to be teamed up with him, along with his awesome sales manager Andy Herbert! They both made our purchase decision and easy one and Jonathan Jim, the finance manager, was quick and efficient with all the official paperwork stuff. All in all, I cannot thank this team enough for making our decision an easy one and making the entire experience fun and smooth! Kudos!

I really enjoyed my experience at Oursiman Honda of Frederick. Bill Workman is the most enjoyable car salesman to work with that I have ever encountered. The dealership overall was full of knowledgeable and helpful people. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) I was sad to go with another vehicle at another location simply because I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman much more.

When I got my car there was one issue on driver side window. I went there and they fixed it. But later on I couldnt open or close passenger side window, from driver side master switch and I got some recalls letter from Honda. I wanted appointment from O Donnell Honda service for my recalls, they didn't give me. So I had to find another Honda service. Today I went there, and they found the problem and fixed it.when O'Donnel service fixed driver side window they did not update the software, and I had to pay 300$ for fix passenger side window issue.

service dept will not take appointments. Their web site allows you to schedule your appointent, day & hour, but it is first come first service. So don’t buy your car here. We can’t get a recall completed from them for 2 years now.

Terrible dealership. My niece bought her car from here 5 months ago. 3 weeks ago she had to take it in and they said it would cost her 2k to fix. After she paid them, she called to check on when it would be ready for pick up and they said they couldnt find it!! how do you lose a car?! eventually they called her back and said it was taken to another shop but it will be ready in 2 days. she picked it up on Friday the 25th and today the 28th! it is not turning on!!! how can a new car have this many issues?! the GM has been very nasty to my niece and they do not care. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My Salesman Marcus Humes is one of the best salesman in all of Annapolis regardless of Dealership! Marcus contacted me, made the appointment on Monday and he had my White Accord Sport L Hybrid ready to go the next day! Marcus was very honest and up front about having to do the process when it came to selling the vehicle and I had to work that night so I tried to rush him along but he was calm and cool. The test drive went very well and I was shocked at how fast and quiet the Accord drove on the highway! I then met Steve Chase and we continued to negotiate the price of the car. This is what must be done on both sides, you should never go into a dealership to try to steal a vehicle, meet in the middle so that both parties win! I then went into the finance department and I initially tried to play cheap like most of us car buyers do and I ended up buying the most comprehensive warranty that I ever bought in my car buying history. But I will tell you this, I have nothing to worry about regarding any part of that car for the next 12 years and 110K miles! I then met the Dealership Owner who tied it all up and made me feel like family. I was so impressed with that experience that I would return that same week on Friday and buy another car for my Son from the Honda of Annapolis dealership with only one mile on it. I will write another review on how that buying experience went.

My family just purchased 4 vehicles form Hertrich Honda and Kia. They make car buying so easy. I really appreciate the patience that these salesman have. I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite. They showed me that there are still some car dealerships that care and are not just trying to sell you a car. The patience, attentiveness and service is outstanding. My family thanks you so much.
