When this car was totaled in an accident on April 29, 2024 we went the very next day to Heritage Honda and met with Chloe. She was just as personable and helpful as we had experienced last year. We asked for an identical 2024 model and we got it! She was able to secure it from a sister dealer. Just one day after the accident, we were driving a brand new 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid! I saw the car that I wanted online and set up an appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sale appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. Chloe was my sales rep and she was great! She had all of the information about the car already pulled up on her computer, she got the keys and we went on a test drive. I bought the exact car that I saw online, and was very pleased about that. Not only was the customer service great in person, it was also great after the purchase. I received several calls over the next couple of days, asking if I had any questions, if I was satisfied with the sales rep and if I was satisfied with the purchase!
