Since I moved to the Windham area, I started using Columbia Ford Kia as my service department. I have also bought two cars from them, and I am considering another one. I have been going to Columbia Ford KIA for several years, and my Mother for many years, my Uncle also went here. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. They make you feel at home. I recently purchased a KIA K5, and the process was very easy. Jay Roderick was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, sweetest guy ever. He made the whole experience wonderful. Service also has some nice working individuals, very friendly. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would reccommend going to Columbia Ford KIA, they took very good care of me, from purchasing to service. More

My family has been going to this dealership for many years, my Uncle was the first, then my Mom, and now myself. Had a great relationship with Tony Mauro. Excellent and friendly service. Fernando was great to deal with. Truck was completed in the time frame that he gave me.. Will continue to go to Columbia Ford for service even thou Fernando was great to deal with. Truck was completed in the time frame that he gave me.. Will continue to go to Columbia Ford for service even though there are Ford dealerships closer to my home (10 minutes as opposed to 30 minutes to get to Columbia Ford). More
