Fast and easy. No hassle I bought crv from Kay Honda and I was entitled to get first oil change free but that offer was expired in march itself. Fast work and expertise! I have been procrastinating on getting my brakes checked out, mostly because of my work schedule and not having any extra time. My oil needed to be I have been procrastinating on getting my brakes checked out, mostly because of my work schedule and not having any extra time. My oil needed to be changed, and this Honda is only a few mins away from my work. I made an appointment and dropped my car off in the morning. They had a shuttle take me to work, and by the time my lunch break rolled faround, my car had an oil change, new brakes, and a new tire. The shuttle service picked me up at work, and took me to retrieve my car- I did this during my lunch break and therefore did not have to take any additional time out of my day to get my car serviced. While I spent more than I was hoping for, it's because I needed frotn AND back brakes- they suggegsted other things to fix at a later time and only recommended I fix any safety issues. It was fast and convenient, and I will definitely return there in the future! More

This service center is far better than any of the other Honda dealerships. I had issues with other dealerships making up things that were wrong with my Honda when I knew they weren't. The Eatontown, NJ Honda dealership is the most honest and ethical place I've ever dealt with. GREAT service on both my Hondas. I'll never go anywhere else. I have another Honda dealership I could almost walk to, yet I drive out of my way to go to the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown, NJ. That should tell you something. Joe is the best. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Honest, ethical, reliable and wonderful. He goes above and beyond the call of duty time and time again.
