Good Afternoon Sitting with Cassie was and is a definite pleasure. He loves to talk and has a great personality which makes him very likable. He works hard to make his customers happy and he was ex definite pleasure. He loves to talk and has a great personality which makes him very likable. He works hard to make his customers happy and he was extremely gracious when I arrived to pick up my car and then told him I forgot the Bill of Sale for my trade in. He drove back to my home with me to get the Bill of Sale, which made his day hectic as he had other customers coming in. Yet, he managed and ended up juggling between the two of us as a result of my forgetfulness. But, it actually worked out and I and the other customer became friendly while Cassie was bouncing between the two of us. I call that a win win! I’m going back to meet with him to take care of loose ends and to be tutored again on particulars regarding my car, of which, I may say he offered to do. I look forward to meeting with him again next week, he is a definite asset to the dealership! More

Great experience from beginning to end! My salesperson, Cassidy Vaughn met my expectations & delivered a really pleasant experience! I was looking for a Crosstrek (my 1st SUV) & Cassidy was My salesperson, Cassidy Vaughn met my expectations & delivered a really pleasant experience! I was looking for a Crosstrek (my 1st SUV) & Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable on all the features (way more than my previous car) of the Crosstrek I not only test drove but purchased! It was a one & done deal! Also, I had a tour of the back of the house, the repair center with 18 bays (I think it was) & was impressed with the cleanliness & the operation. I've only had my Crosstrek 3 days now but so far so good! Cassidy told me to call him anytime if I have any questions & that's comforting to know. I'm 😊! More
