One of my current vehicles was in for regular servicing at Airdrie Dodge and as usual I was looked after very well. Dan Wilson met me as I drove and quickly and checked me in quickly, in a helpful and professional manner. A couple of calls during the day kept me updated. When picking up the vehicle Dan was though in detailing the work that was done and offered to bring the vehicle to me. Well done ! More

For a used vehicle that has low mileage and very expensive. I had to comeback to this dealer multiple times although some staff were nice and knowledgeable but some are I'm wondering why are they th expensive. I had to comeback to this dealer multiple times although some staff were nice and knowledgeable but some are I'm wondering why are they there at the first place to work knowing they are dealing with customer everyday, some will mis-informed you and some are unapproachable and lack of communication. The vehicle i purchased its like having a beautiful girlfriend that is a trouble and acting up all the time. Theres always something that needs to be fix knowing that i only had that used vehicle for 2 years and always babied all the time. They said buy used car and buy it from dealer coz they inspect it before selling it to you, all I get is trouble and expenses good thing the last service it did i still have coverage but its so hard to have it service it took 8 months for them to took it in. In and out to the dealer check this check that then the claim got expired and i had to come back again. Its very inconvenient specially I work for a living and needed a reliable vehicle. I refuse to believe that American cars are trash as long you take care of it and it will take care of you but now maybe im starting to believe that. More
I had a check engine light on. It was brand new and I didn’t buy it there and they took me in right away to check it out. Eric in service was awesome. It was brand new and I didn’t buy it there and they took me in right away to check it out. Eric in service was awesome. More
Booked in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was happy with no up-sell on service needs for my truck and the work was early in the day for me. Was happy with no up-sell on service needs for my truck and the work was early in the day for me. More
Work is fine. Be prepared for the sales pressure. Free recall fix had an upsell of 300 dollars for an inspection. Optional but it would be great if I didn’t have Be prepared for the sales pressure. Absolutely worst dealership experience I've ever had, here's the story.... I changed my mind about a new Jeep that I made a $1,000 deposit on the day before, I requested to have my deposit refunded and w here's the story.... I changed my mind about a new Jeep that I made a $1,000 deposit on the day before, I requested to have my deposit refunded and when I came in to have the refund processed they made me wait 30 minutes before telling me that they can't refund my credit card and I would have to come back to pickup a cheque the next day. I come back the following morning and after waiting another 30+ minutes they tell me the cheque isn't ready and to come back at the end of the day, and so I do that but yet gain I'm left waiting for over 30 minutes again when the sales manager laughed in my face and tell me the deposit is non refundable. I then emailed the GM and got a response that said "I hope you learned your lesson". So I went ahead and made an official complaint with AMVIC who contacted the dealership recommending they refund my deposit but the dealership refused and AMVIC unfortunately can't force them to issue the refund. I also made a complaint with VISA who after investigating the situation let me know that I was in fact entitled to my deposit back then refunded my card and told me they would work directly with the dealership to recover the deposit so I wouldn't have to deal with them. I do acknowledge that the sales person took me for a 20 minute test drive and sat with me for maybe 20 minutes so I bought a nice bottle scotch to thank him for his time. This was before I found out they weren't going to refund me the deposit but I'm glad I did it anyway because he's not the problem in this situation. Long story short, if you've got your heart set on a Jeep or Dodge, it's 100% worth the drive to Calgary to work with a dealer who believes in doing the right thing even if it means losing a sale. Now they've permanently lost my business for parts, sales and service and not to mention those who I've shared my experience with. More
