Not sure who Dennis is. Our sales rep was Kim. The purchase experience was the typical car sales experience. The car is fine. It is what we expected. The usual hard sell of extended warranties and the financing percentage not matching what was advertised on-line is annoying. Yes, the people are nice but, knock off the up-sells and provide what you advertise..
