Bought the car with winter tires. Winter tires were not installed and I had to come back. Expect overnight service because they won't be able to do 2 hours of work in a 6 hour window. I strongly erge people to not buy any hyundai vehicles from this steelership or the hyundai dealer at hyudai gallery. if you dont believe me just check out all the bad google reviews and theres the proo from this steelership or the hyundai dealer at hyudai gallery. if you dont believe me just check out all the bad google reviews and theres the proof! so i was getting my oil changes done at the country hills hyundai dealer and i was going there for a few years, and everytime i went there, there was issues with there quick oil change department, the oil was under filled, the oil was over filled, there was oil on the steering wheel, the car was not washed, the oil change reminder sticker was not put in the vehicle, there was oil all over the engine bay area, i had to actuallly check the oil level my self in front of them every oil change due to this happening so often. sometimes there were severel issues at once. They kept giving me free oil changes to make me happy, but they never ever seemed to actually address the many many problems. Countless times i reported these issues and just like other customers have stated that they where promissed call backs to address there issues, they where no call backs for me aswell, so i finally got so frustrated that i stopped going there for about 4 years. Then recently i was in a bind and i needed a quick oil change so i decided to see if maybe a mircle happed and they corrected this departments issues, so i called ahead of time, and was told i needed to make a appoinmet, and i found that strange and refused to, then later i decided i was just gona pop by and i called to confirm the oil change price, i was quoted 85$ without tax, which i thought well i can do my own oil change for half that price, but as i mentioned i was in a bind so i decided to pay the steelerhips prices anyway, and i asked the gentelman on the phone do i need an appoinment and he said no, so im like oh ok, comunication issues already starting. so when i arrived i gave my info and they quoted me the price of 100$ with out tax, and i said no i was told 85$ without tax not 100$ with out tax coming to 113$ and they said no thats the price, so now im pissed at this point, so i asked to speak to the service manager which i beleive his name is Gagandeep Sanhu. and i explained to him the consatant issues i was exeperincing and he checked on his laptop when i was there last, and he said you havent been here in 3-4 years and i said exactly! and so i was disscuing the issues to him and that i kept having. He seemed to not even be listening or cared, so i started getting really frustrated, and i may of been talking loudly as i sometimes do as i work in loud shop all the time so we have to talk loudly, and i felt he wasnt hearing me, then he said he didnt like my attitude and he didnt want to take my bussiness, and i said ya my attitude sucks just like your service does, and i have a right to be piised off, as i always get xxxxty service from here and nothing gets done about it, and today i wasted 2 hours and its the exact same issues going on, then he told me to leave and i said is this how you deal with issues you just get rid of that customer! and then i could tell he was getting mad, and he came at me and i felt he was going to hit me or assault me, i was saying they have crappy service and theres always an issue everytime i come here and that they didnt know how to run a department, and that they never deal with the issues they just give out free oil changes or get rid of the customer, so thats the issues i had at that location, i will right another review of the bad experinces i had at the other location. fyi hyundai has had the worlds biggest engine recall or issue, there 1.6 litre engine had issues from factory that they say only effects certain models and mine wasnt one of them, there basically avoiding having to do the repair, mine does have the issue, just google it and you will see. Son brought in his 2011 Hyundai Elantra after it started to make the ticking noise(Piston Slap) Car only has 117000 kms and all maintenance records since the day It was bought. I was told that there was nothing that they could do as the car was past warranty. I have read numerous threads and it all depends on which dealership is willing to help you out. This is a well documented problems with this engines 1.8 and there have been numerous class-action lawsuits do to the issue. I was told that they would fix the issue at our cost $6500 dollars. I met with Kay Rehal who was good to deal with. At one point he called in the service consultant': Siobhan HENNESSEY who had been dealing with this issue. He introduced me to her. She did not even acknowledge me or look at me. After she left I told Kay that she was ignorant-didn't even look at me. I was told that she is busy and can be abrasive at times. I couldn't believe this. Then I looked at this site and see that she really doesn't care about customer service as her name appears numerous times with negative comments attached. I had a 2013 Elantra in the past with 150000 kms that began the piston slap issue. After being turned away from Crowfoot Hyundai, I attended Country Hills Hyundai who I felt took the time to look into the issue and the car was repaired. When I referenced this repair, I found it peculiar that they could not find any record of any work being done. I had to contact Hyundai Canada and they gave me a claim number which helped Kay find the repair that was completed. I am not going to accept this. The reason I went back to this dealership is that they treated me well years ago. There are several lawyers who are looking to take on this issue as it is a KNOWN issue with these motors. All you have to do is google Hyundai lawsuit Canada. All I want is the car repaired and to be treated properly. More

A few of the sales men i spoke with were extremely rude, when i asked to speak to a manager about their behavior I was told it wasnt going to happen. 9 calls later and I'm still waiting for a call back. I tried canceling my order and was told that was not possible, funny how they can say that but won't even return my calls to find out where my vehicle is. More
Bought a genesis and was told that the missing fob would be replaced under warranty. I have contacted the sales man Ishan and he promised he would call me back. My Kona Trend that I bought from this dealership is having major oil dilution issues. It has been towed to the shop 5 times in the first 17K kilometers. I lost a month of driving waiting for them to get parts. Stay away from "fast" Eddy and his short term financing deals. He "misplaced" a $24K downpayment check for about a month and a half. Terrible communication. Never believe them when they say they will call you back. More
