The dealership and staff were pretty good. That finance lady needs a raise for the magic they work. But 5 hits to the credit check was a bit rough. The service department needs to contract a better company for the back to new package that will work weekends, as not everyone can take days off whenever during the week. With an issue that came up with my vehicle, I was told that they had to diagnose the problem or my warranty may not cover it, but I'm supposed to be able to have the work done anywhere. I wasn't about to drive 2 hours on a check engine light. So why wouldn't I be able to have a competent shop where I am diagnose and then relay that info? More

Vatsal called me while I was working, a few moments before picking up the vehicle - completely distracted me from what I was doing at work.. began asking me a bunch of questions about the cars registra before picking up the vehicle - completely distracted me from what I was doing at work.. began asking me a bunch of questions about the cars registration and other things he knew was taken care of by the finance manager already and didn't even have the courtesy to remind me that I had to pay the remaining $5000 for the balance - ended up having to jump through hoops to get them the money. The whole experience was horrible. They provided me with a false mechanical fitness assessment and I am possibly out a $10,000 deposit just 1 week after purchasing because the car has engine issues. The mechanical fitness test said there were no codes but I took it to another mechanic and found there were codes. The fitness test also said the shocks were good and only to be told they need to be replaced. STAY AWAY!!! They don't care. More
