From my very first email with Demi, than emails with Brittany and finally dealing with Alana face to face has been a wonderful experience! Alana took her time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, very profes Brittany and finally dealing with Alana face to face has been a wonderful experience! Alana took her time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, very professional and super nice! We were having terrible luck with other dealerships but the team at Hyundai were fantastic! They listened to what we needed/wanted and helped us every step of the way. Kalila (the finance lady) was super professional and answered all our questions with the finance part. Again, we didn’t feel rushed or like they had to move onto the next customer. Alana texted the next day to see how we liked our 2024 Kona, and we love it! This whole team rocks! Kyle, Alex and Katie were all great to deal with. No back and forth haggling. Alex was honest, up front great pricing and flexible on picking up the vehicle as I purchased over the phone. I flew in from out of town to pick up a vehicle and Kyle picked me up! I was in the dealership for maybe 15min before hitting the road with a full charge and full tank of gas. The only minor headache was taking off that darn dealership sticker I was assured they don't install them. I would definitely recommend! More
