When calling service you get someone that will book a service appointment for you, that Is reasonably fast...not on hold too long. However yesterday I asked over many calls to talk to a service advi service appointment for you, that Is reasonably fast...not on hold too long. However yesterday I asked over many calls to talk to a service advisor, which you get put in que and after say 10 minutes get a message to leave a message. After many attempts, no service advisor ever answers the flipping phone. I even was on hold with a gentleman from the appointment booking desk that tried his best to physically find someone to talk with me, which he was not able to, as no service advisor at their stations. That is a shame that no one wants to actually do their job. By what I am seeing in other posts, the service department has big problems, and is not stepping up. In my opinion, RHT service sucks!!!
