Eric Kilmer at Brad Manning Ford was great to work with for the remote purchase of my vehicle. It was a bit scary to purchase a vehicle long distance, however, Eric and the team at Brad Manning Ford made the process simple and straight forward. I was able to trust that all would go well with the purchase and financing and they answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. I was thrilled when I arrived with the quality of the vehicle and it was exactly as described and pictured on the website. I would definietly recommend them for a remote purchase of a hard to find vehicle and woudl certianly recommend them for local purchases as their staff was professional efficient and truly cared that I was happy with the purchase. No pressure at all. A pleasant experience for sure!

Very disappointing buying experience! First, they flipped my plates onto the vehicle I was looking at BEFORE I even said yes to a deal. THAT should have been my first clue to walk away. Then the sales manager says they will give me $7500 for my trade, but he would be willing to stretch it to $8000 to get the deal done. Of course, he leaves the $7500 written on the paper and only verbally says more so he can conveniently "not recall" saying that during a follow-up conversation. So when the final paperwork is done, they only gave me the $7500 for my trade instead of the verbally promised $8000. Obviously he's been perfecting this trick for years. BEWARE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY!!
Terrible service experience! We brought our 2020 F-150 in for repair and was told they needed the vehicle another day. Then the folowing day they asked to keep it another day to do a factory recall, which had already been done by another service center. That night we realized our vehicle's Fordpass was showing the truck in a different town 30 miles away! It was reported stolen and the police towed it. Manning Ford allowed an employee to take the vehicle home without permission from us. It had been parked on a street outside a trailer park! We would never recommend this dealership.
Bought a 2013 Fusion was told it got new brakes that was true was also had new oil change not true I had it changer it was BLACK!THEN THERE WAS A FAKE STIKER SAYING CHANGE AT 90,000 LOL
