Service was quick and the dealership is very efficient. The service people are very nice.
After seeing a vehicle that got our attention from the road, we pulled into the lot to check it out further. We were greeted by Aiden Rainey and he immediately let us know about some of the unique features of the Bronco versus the vehicle we were in. He literally ran back to the office to get keys so that he could show us the vehicle in greater detail. When we explained that we were short on time, he didn't put the typical pressure on us to meet his sales manager before we left. After thinking about things overnight, we decided that if the numbers worked out we were going to purchase the vehicle. The next day, he did not call to pressure us and we arrived back after they closed. A quick after hours text to Aiden confirmed he would be working the next day. The following day, I went by with my trade, explained what sort of deal we were looking for and again being short on time-left. He and his GSM (Bruce Azevedo) worked through the trade and deal for us and simply texted us the written OTD price. I agreed, we revisited the dealership and left with our new vehicle. My wife is more than happy and the whole experience was fantastic. I previously owned a F150 so I know the service department is top notch. We are all friends again!
Upon entering the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Christian and Casey, setting the tone for an exceptional car-buying experience. Our initial intention was to purchase/build my husband a new Bronco, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we were also eligible to buy my new Lincoln Nautilus. The dealership’s exceptional customer service was evident from the outset. Unlike many dealerships, they provided us with a stress-free and pressure-free environment. We were treated with utmost courtesy and attention to detail, which significantly enhanced our overall experience. The dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their willingness to take their time with us. They guided us through the process of selecting the perfect vehicle, providing us with comprehensive information and allowing us to test drive numerous options. Furthermore, the dealership offered us the opportunity to take the vehicle home for a night without any obligation to return the next day and purchase. This gesture demonstrated their genuine interest in our satisfaction and willingness to accommodate our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting Bruce, the General Manager, who was exceptionally courteous and approachable. He provided us with valuable insights into our potential purchase and was always willing to listen to our concerns and suggestions. In conclusion, we highly recommend this dealership. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to work with customers of all budgets will ensure that you have a positive and memorable car-buying experience.
They were so professional and friendly. Very easy to schedule the appointment. Very easy to understand what was happening with my vehicle. And just overall friendly!

Patrick has built a very diverse professional and kind team at this dealership. Aiden Rainey has given me my best buying experience ever (1 have purchased more cars than most can dream of owning and this was hands down the best. Patrick di not have the Lincoln in stock I wanted and he took his time to get the right one!!!!! Everyone in that dealership deserves a10+ including sales, parts, service, the BDC, and accounting department….not to mention the great management team!!!!! Thank you all for the new Lincoln!!!!
