Another great experience at Niello! Easy reschedule via phone and easy in/easy out. Lyft pickup was convenient too.
My service advisor AJ, was pretty much the reason for my rating, as he was the one to greet me, inform me, and provide a text contact for any questions or needs I might have while waiting. AJ was very professional, efficient and VERY kind and personable!!! Niello VW should be very proud that AJ is a part of your company!
