I arrived on time at 9:45, for my appt. After walking outside at 11:30 my car was still sitting in the drop-off. When I questioned them they said there was a mistake and they would take it back immediately. I walked out about 1;15 it was done but no one bothered to let me know. All that time and they didn't even bother to rotate the tires. I certainly hope my next visit goes better.
Very easy process to buy a vehicle here! After a long vehicle search and dealing with many salespeople, Ericka was the best to work with. She is very honest and professional. I will definitely recommend her and the dealership to anyone in the market for a Chevy!
