Service was amazing and very friendly and helpful when needed my questions asked overall great experience.
It started off yesterday as I was heading to work, I notice a rattling noise and didn’t know what to do. At first I assumed it was just the Belt giving out but instead it turned out the radiator and belt assembly gave out. Thanks to the Nissan of Elk Grove team and my two favorite associates Caleb and Noah (the best sales brothers I’ve worked it). I was able to leave behind my first car and make a financial purchase for only 1k down! I also want to thank Miguel from the service department who gave me kind suggestions and made me feel looked after. Who would’ve thought a simple knocking noise turned into a NEW car for me 😂. But all thanks to the xxxx brothers I was able to get 3 layers of protection that THEY also have experience with. I usually don’t trust or need warranties but the benefits actually make sense to me and why I came in the first place. Best part of all. I’m paying 2 dollars less monthly than what I was paying for my Sentra it’s like it never even happened. Thanks once again.
Overall the technician had a great customer service. Answered all my questions. Got in and out of there.
