Susanna was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. She was also transparent about the deal that we wanted and worked tirelessly to make sure both parties were happy with the deal in place. I wanted to also note her excellent ability as a car salesperson; She made time to make sure most (if not all) of the important features of our car were ready/set before we drove out the lot. This was well beyond the hours of operation, so I would’ve understood if she had closed the deal and left shortly after. However, she made sure we left satisfied and I commend her hard work and dedication. Overall, I would recommend Susanna to every prospecting car buyers shopping for Honda and it will be very hard to beat the experience I had shopping with her.
